Recommended Reading from Shelby: The Everything Flat Belly Cookbook
By Fitz Koehler, MSESS with Mabelissa Acevedo, LDN

As trainers, we get so tired of anything promising to spot-remove fat. However, we know that “lean thighs” or a “flat belly” are terms that clients will continue to buy, regardless of how much you educate them. So, why fight?

The Everything Flat Belly Cookbook pleases both trainer and client by briefly educating its readers - again - that when you eat lean, clean, healthy foods, you’ll lose fat all over, including your belly. And it delivers some knockout recipes that require minimal culinary talent.

The Everything Flat Belly Cookbook makes a great reference for recipes or a gift for that client who would kill for a smaller waistline.

Hi Lisa, I hope you really enjoy your flanimgo peppers. They're so fun to work with. Since this recipe is embedded in the photos, there isn't a print function, unfortunately. A smart phone or tablet propped up on the kitchen counter is probably a good bet. I hope you enjoy!
