Laugh It Up!
Using humor in your personal training sessions

My father often used humor in his workplace. This made him very popular with his co-workers, made it a fun place to work and also made him a very successful worker. I never really did ask him why he was never serious, but I do know using his humor methods in my personal training sessions certainly works... if used correctly.

Humor is a form of expression intended to arouse amusement. Abraham Lincoln was famous for his ability to relate humorous stories to make a point. Humor, used carefully throughout your training session, will keep your clients interested.
