I’ve tried for the last year and a half to get teachers to comply with a simple and affordable workout program. However, I’m finding that teachers are worse than people who pay money for a gym membership. If I am coming to you with equipment or you have everything I need for an effective workout on site, what’s the problem? I even had a program for the kids.

What do I need to do as a trainer to get people interested? Do they not realize that health care issues are not going away? It’s getting worse! Corporations are making employees pay more out-of-pocket (I saw this coming) to remain healthy. Sick days — do they still exist?

Does anyone recommend a good body fat scale that is accurate? I saw a post on thedailyskinny.com that was comparing body fat scales to calipers and it said they weren't as accurate… is that true?

Its either they weren't interested in the first place or you wasn't able to catch their fancy.

One way of installing motivation is to paint the real picture of their current physical status and the future awaiting for them. When they are motivated, your efforts will be paid off.
