The International Youth Conditioning Association, the leading global provider of youth fitness and sports performance education and certifications, is excited to announce that it has appointed a new brand manager, Julie Hatfield. 

Julie brings a robust set of experiences to the IYCA, ranging from owning her own sports performance training business to recently leading her softball team to the Pennsylvania State High School Semi-Finals in her first season as the Head Coach. She has been a long-standing Certified Member of the IYCA and employed her education with hundreds of young athletes.

Julie earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Juniata College and previously worked at the University of Pennsylvania before starting her own sports performance business.

IYCA Co-Owner, Pat Rigsby welcomed Julie to the organization, saying “Julie’s background as a coach, business owner and athlete that advanced to a successful collegiate career will provide her with unique insight to the opportunities and challenges that our Certified professionals face and her passion and drive will allow her to lead the IYCA to new heights.”
